So convenient! I never drop my phone now…

I was really happy with this product for about 3 months. However, I recently went on a hike and had the cord around my wrist to keep my phone handy for pictures, and my phone suddenly fell to the ground which caused a small hairline crack to the main screen. The blue anchoring tab had come loose/through the charging port hole. When I first received the item I did wonder how it could be strong enough to stay inside the small charging hole but I read the reviews and trusted it would work. It had started fraying before this but I didn't think that was anything to worry about. Before this happened I really loved the item, it was easier to find my phone in a large bag and I could unclip one of the orange clasps to attach my phone to my belt or bag on hikes. I now have the same product again but cheaper through Amazon, and super glued the anchoring tab to my phone case for extra security.
